On your fourth day in the Masai Mara National Reserve, you'll have a morning game drive in search of the Big Five (lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffaloes). You may also see cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, and many other animals.
The reserve is well known for its black-manned lions, and many of the cheetahs are so tame that they seek shelter from the hot sun under the vehicles of tourists. Some even climb onto the roofs of the vehicles to get a better view of their prey.
If you're a birdwatcher, you'll be in for a treat. The reserve is home to over 500 species of birds, including 16 species of eagles, hawks, and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks, 4 species of bustards, and 9 species of sunbirds.
