On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet your guide for the drive to the Tulia hotel and spa, located in Arusha, one of the most influential cities in Tanzania. After settling into your room, take a walk around the garden or relax by the swimming pool.

After a wonderful breakfast, your guide will brief you on the day ahead of you and then drive to Lake Manyara National park and provides an introductory game drive to an area Hemingway described as, “the loveliest I had seen in Africa”.
Lake Manyara National Park is a naturalist’s delight thanks to its diverse environments. Ranging from the underground-water forest and acacia woodlands, grasslands, swamps, marshes, and hot springs, the park is simply packed with wildlife. Over 400 species of bird have been recorded including large flocks of flamingos and migratory water birds. Manyara’s forests ring with the call of monkeys and birds while its acacia woodlands are home to Manyara’s infamous tree-climbing lions and slow-strolling elephants. The park is also home to the largest troops of baboons in Africa, zebra wildebeest, giraffe, hippos, leopard, and impala, and in the late evening drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Have a relaxed breakfast at the lodge and depart to Serengeti with a nice packed picnic lunch to go with, Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site, the Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo, elephant, and giraffe, and big herds of eland, topi, kongoni, impala, and Grant’s gazelle. Within the two days, we are going to explore the plains, water holes, kopjes, and Rivers for the spectacular big cats sighting, and the eastern plains of Namiri and the Gol-kopjes offer excellent cheetah and lion sightings. "Explore Serengeti on foot"
Today we will leave the camp at around 7:00 AM and proceed on a walking safari in the heart of Serengeti. A walking adventure in the bush provides a new perspective on the African landscape and its many residents, tread across the vast plains of the Serengeti National Park, accompanied by an Enticing journey guide and an armed park ranger, with great knowledge of the area and wildlife, it is the perfect setting to appreciate nature. The slow pace of the walk combined with the interpretative skills of the guides will open your eyes to a new and fascinating world. Stroll along paths walked by untamed wildlife and immerse yourself into the raw essence of life, after proceeding to Ngorongoro with game viewing on the way, stop for your delightful lunch under the acacia trees and proceed to your lodge. Your accommodation Rhino Lodge, situated only a few hundred meters from the crater’s rim, offers a perfect base to explore the Ngorongoro Crater and its surroundings.

Leave your camp very early in the morning and descends, 610 meters down to the grasslands of the crater floor, an area of about 265 square kilometers. Despite its small size, the Crater is Big 5 country and the openness of the terrain means easy and rewarding game viewing. You will spend the day exploring the crater floor, stopping to picnic on the grasslands amidst the grazing herds. Formed by a massive volcanic eruption, the world’s largest intact and un-flooded caldera provides a year-round home to, large mammals including black rhino, wildebeest, and zebra. The Crater’s forests shelter elephants and buffalo, and its wetlands are home to hippos, while lions, jackals, serval, and caracals make up the full range of predators. “Elephants paradise”
After a wonderful breakfast, you will leave the camp with a picnic lunch packed safely away. The park landscape is dotted with baobab trees and as your guide heads for Tarangire National Park, the least visited reserve on the itinerary but one capable of delivering fantastic game viewing. Home to Tanzania’s biggest elephant population, Tarangire supports large numbers of buffalo, giraffe, zebra, and many antelope species, most evident during the dry season when concentrations of animals at the life-giving Tarangire River are at their peak. Spend the whole day here exploring the park from the River, hillside savannah, and the biggest swamp “Esilalei swamp” which hosts hundreds of elephants during the dry season, the swamp also supports a host of predators like lion, cheetah, leopard, and wild dogs, after a full day of game viewing return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Sangaiwe Tented Lodge
After a relaxed breakfast at the camp, you will drive to the Maasai village, an adventure to Tanzania wouldn’t be complete without meeting the enchanting Maasai people. This wonderful cultural excursion will immerse you in the fascinating ancestry of these noble people. At the Maasai village playing host to your tour, you will have the opportunity to meet with a Maasai family, and visit a traditional boma, made of cow dung and clay plastered over stick frames. The most famous of Africa’s people, these fierce warriors are still practicing their ancestral way of life and are known for their pastoral traditions, living off their herds of cattle, sheep, goats, and donkeys. Since time immemorial the Maasai moved nomadically in search of water and pasture for their herds, but today they are living a semi-permanent life due to a lack of enough land to room with their animals. After we will head to Arusha for lunch, and proceed to Kilimanjaro airport.
